Thank you for your interest in scheduling an appointment.
For the fastest and easiest scheduling experience, I recommend using the online scheduling service provided by Alta Orthopedics.
This is very fast and easy to use. In an effort to best serve you, I’ve highlighted this process in the steps below:
On the Alta Orthopedics website, click the blue “Request Appointment” button located on the upper right-hand side.
After you click the blue “Request Appointment” button, a popup scheduling window will appear.
First, select the location you wish to schedule your appointment.
Note: If you are not new to the Alta Orthopedics practice, uncheck the “I am a new patient at this practice” box at that top
Next, you’ll see a dropdown under the “Providers” heading. Please select “Dr. Amit Nathani M.D.”
The following dropdown you’ll see will ask for the reason for your visit. Please select the option that applies to you (Follow-Up Visit or New Patient).
Next, a new view will appear that allows you to schedule the day and time for your appointment.
Once you have selected a date and time, you’ll be asked to complete your information.
